Booking a support package (Basic / Advanced) is a prerequisite for receiving the manufacturer's warranty.
The transport and installation preparations must be carried out by the customer before commissioning as part of this Advanced support package. Suitable lifting and transport equipment must be used and the transport routes must be passable.

The integration of inverters, EZA controllers and external EMS systems from third-party providers is not included in the scope of services.
With Huawei Supervision Service Advanced, you're booking the comprehensive service package for your ESS 2S10 series commercial storage system. It includes extensive on-site support from experienced and trained service technicians. Setup and initial installation steps must be completed by the customer. Huawei technicians will assist you with all subsequent steps, from final completion to the final inspection and handover. Compared to Supervision Service Basic, the Advanced Service offers a broader range of services and a longer on-site support period.
